Elle Macpherson has revealed her beauty secret, revealing that she only sleeps wearing an “eye mask and a smile”.
The supermodel, who turns 60 at the end of March, admits her days of staying out until the sun came up are a thing of the past.
In a new interview Friday, she talked about her health journey since turning 50 and no longer relying solely on genetics.
Appearing on Amanda Wakeley’s Style DNA podcast, Elle revealed her tips for getting a good night’s sleep after realizing the importance of getting eight hours of sleep.
