The Creative Grant Scheme offers funding packages totaling €20,000 for non-profit organizations, local community groups, arts, heritage, biodiversity and cultural groups, venues and societies in Wicklow.
The scheme is now in its third year and was designed to support Wicklow County Council’s role in delivering the Creative Ireland programme.
Activities that effectively capture and showcase the richness of County Wicklow’s arts, culture, creativity, heritage, nature, biodiversity and history are welcomed. Applications by individuals must be affiliated with local community, arts, heritage, biodiversity or cultural organizations.
Grants of between €1,000 and €3,000 will be allocated to selected projects that communicate and celebrate aspects of Wicklow’s people and places in creative and innovative ways. Applications will be assessed by members of Wicklow County Council’s culture team, including representatives from the heritage, arts, libraries and archives departments.

The Creative Ireland Program is led by the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media. The core of the program focuses on encouraging participation in cultural and creative activities to promote the well-being of individuals, communities and the nation.
