A content creator went viral on TikTok after sharing a camouflage of their favorite brand names that customers would expect to find at their local Dollar Tree.
Ohio-based content creator Rachel Burrows (@rachelxburrows) uploaded the video to TikTok in early February. In it, she showed viewers some of her favorite Dollar Tree finds and wondered if she should make a series of catches. As of Saturday afternoon, her TikTok had more than 709,900 views.
“Let’s talk [about] She’s the best looking duck in the Dollar Tree,” Burroughs said.
First, Burrows showed off one of her “favorite” Dollar Tree products: b.pure’s Moisturizing Night Lip Mask. “These… lip masks are totally Laneige ducks,” she said, referring to the Korean skin care and makeup line.
Burrows said the brand also sells regular and super pads made from organic cotton, which she loves. The content creator said that normally Honey she buys menstrual pads from Pot Her Company, but preferred b.pure’s price range. Burrows called b.pure’s pads “a goddamn bomb,” before questioning why certain women’s products are so expensive.
Next, switching to skincare products, Burrows showed viewers b.pure’s gentle skin cleanser, which she said was cetaphil.
‘My cetaphil people: They have cetaphil gentle camo [Skin] Cleaner,” she said. Burrows also pointed out that the brand’s moisturizing lotion was also fraudulent. (However, she added that she hasn’t tried the lotion herself.)
As for makeup, Burrows said b.pure included lip jelly similar to what Tower 28 Beauty sells.
“I love it,” Burrows said. “This is really good.”
Burrows said he usually buys the Elf brand, which prides itself on its affordability, but wondered, “Who wouldn’t like a more affordable camo?”

In addition to b.pure, Burroughs also highlighted Dollar Tree products from similar brands such as Diamond Cosmetics and Sassy Chic. She said the latter brand sells high-quality makeup remover towels and eyebrow razors.
Burrows isn’t the first content creator to show off his favorite Dollar Tree camo. In December, another customer, Erica Miller, said she found brands such as Covergirl, Maybelline and Rimmel London sold in unbranded packaging at the discount store.
Each piece was enough to make viewers want to stop by their local Dollar Tree. But while some people agreed with Burroughs’ recommendations, others said their stores were lackluster in comparison.
“My Dollar Tree has almost nothing,” one user said.
“Hey, why doesn’t my Dollar Tree have that,” another person quipped.
“My Dollar Tree is so ghetto and always a mess,” a third person complained.
The Daily Dot reached out to Burrows via a comment on TikTok.
