Wholesaler Costco is currently having a sale, and fans are going crazy.
The Costco Black + Decker Heated Winged Airer is on sale in store for just £24.98.
The online price is still a hefty £44.98.
This gadget has 18 drying bars, including two heating blades, giving you enough space to dry even large loads.
Similarly, the airer can hold up to 10kg and the airer can also be easily folded so it does not take up much space when stored.
This deal was shared on the HotUKdeals website.
One shopper said: I bought something similar from Argos a few months ago for £50 (suspect is exactly the same – dimensions, capacity etc). ”
Another said: “We’ll be fine. Cover with a tarp and open the windows.”
But the heater also received harsh criticism from shoppers.
One shopper said: “This kind of airer is completely useless, even with a cover. Don’t waste your money.”
“The standard airer is just as good, if not better, IMO. DO NOT BUY THIS!!!”
Another said: “This is a complete waste of time and a cover won’t improve it much. Get a standard airer and oscillating fan.”

How much does it cost to run a hot air fan?
The cost of operating a hot air fan is determined by a variety of factors.
You need to consider the details of the item, such as wattage, usage, and how much energy it typically uses.
However, the higher the wattage, the higher the running costs.
This cost is also based on the current Ofgem price cap, currently £1,928.
In case you don’t already know, here’s the equation you need to calculate the running cost of your device:
Cost = Electricity (kilowatts) x Time (hours) x Cost of 1 kWh (pence).
Ben Galizzi, an energy expert at Uswitch.com, said when it comes to hot air fans, a 300 watt model will cost around 41p for five hours of use.
This is the amount of time it takes for a typical load to dry.
You may also consider a heated air cover. These work by trapping the heat produced by the airer, reducing the drying time of your clothes.
If you don’t want to pay for these, consider using bed sheets.
Another option to dry your clothes faster is a dehumidifier.
These work by absorbing excess moisture from the air, and while some are eclectic and therefore expensive to run, others are not.
Tesco buys it for £1 and customers love it.
Lidl has a great dehumidifier to help fight mold and condensation for £44.99
Consumer reporter Olivia says she’ll never use a tumble dryer again after trying B&M’s bargain dehumidifier.
