Character World Brands will acquire the Ready Bed, Go Glow, Pop ‘N’ Fun, and Hello Home brands from Moose for distribution and development across EMEA.
Character World Brands will acquire four of Moose Toys’ iconic home brands across EMEA: Ready Bed, Go Glow, Pop ‘N’ Fun and Hello Home. Under the terms of the agreement, Character World Brands will be responsible for sales and all future product development.

The company continues to expand the range of licensed and unlicensed home products available to retail partners around the world.
As the transition is underway, the two companies will work together through the Nuremberg Toy Fair to ensure a seamless experience in retail stores for fall 2024.
