Additionally, the acquisition brings together CARMA’s global reach, technology and comprehensive services with mmi Analytics’ deep expertise and established presence in the beauty, fashion and lifestyle sectors.
“The beauty and luxury sector is an exciting sector. It is robust, innovative and fast-moving, with double-digit growth across our strategic markets in Asia and the Middle East,” said CARMA Chief Executive. CEO Mazen Nahawi said.
“The acquisition of mmi means we will be able to further optimize the digital communication strategies of our beauty clients on a global scale,” Nahawi continued.
Chrisitan Eckley, CEO of mmi Analytics, said: “This acquisition provides leading Media Insights technology, services and capabilities while allowing mmi to strengthen and expand its services as part of a truly global organization. It will be,” he added.
CARMA has been rapidly expanding its business in recent years. Prior to acquiring mmi Analytics, the company started operations in Indonesia as part of its continued expansion in Asia.
The expansion into Indonesia comes as CARMA notes the company’s “tremendous growth” in Asia, which has become a major global market in a “relatively short period of time,” Nahawi said.
“Our expansion into Indonesia confirms CARMA’s deepening commitment to the region,” Nahawi continued.
