Candace Dillard Bassett has been “quietly hitting the gym” for the past few months and is ready to show off all her hard work.

“about [four] I hired a trainer a few months ago. [and] “I decided I didn’t want to just lose weight anymore,” Maryland resident Candice wrote in the long caption of a video of herself at the gym on Instagram, wearing a pink and gray print for the day. I put on my fitted workout top and pink leggings and pulled them up. Her hair is up in a pink clip.
“Before the pandemic, I was going to the gym regularly, but when the world shut down, I took a tumble,” Candiace continued in the caption. “For the next few decades of my life, it’s very important for me to tone my muscles and get in shape. That’s why I go to the gym silently and I’m so proud of my body!”
In the video, Candice performed a variety of training moves, including chest presses, tricep dips, dumbbell arm raises, and lower ab crunches using TRX suspension training bands.
