“Whether you’re a complete beginner or a fitness fanatic, we have something for everyone.
“Urban and Civic have given us the opportunity to do this and expand what we can offer to new homes under construction, and I think we will go hand in hand.
Classes officially begin on Monday (February 19), with weekly morning and evening sessions from Monday to Saturday, as well as after-school sessions to encourage young people to engage in fitness.
Nathan said: “What we wanted to do was offer something a little different and a little more personal.
“In class, we work one-on-one as well as in small groups of up to 10 people.
“I’ve been doing this for 23 years. By going smaller, it’s less intimidating, we get better tuition, and we get more out of the experience.”
The brothers have experience in bodybuilding and men’s physique competitions, but have also tried their hand at running the London Marathon and white-collar boxing as part of their charity work.
All classes can be booked through the convenient Glofox app, allowing visitors to browse through what’s on offer and which best suits their health goals. His 10% discount applies to new members using code: WELCOME10.
This flexibility allows users to book one session or multiple sessions at a time, but the more classes you book, the cheaper each session will cost individually.
