B&M shoppers go wild for hot day gadget scanning with huge savings of £4

Bargain hunters are going wild for hot weather gadgets that are perfect for cars and vacations.

Britons are once again facing another scorching hot summer, with temperatures soaring over the past few days, with forecasts calling for a high of 27C today.

And B&M has created the ideal low-cost solution, reducing the price of the portable cooler to a fraction of the retail price.

The Chillmax Air Go is on sale for £4, a huge discount from the £19.99 price elsewhere.

This isn’t the first time the low-cost retailer has cut prices on Chillmax products, having already slashed the price of the manufacturer’s Gofan from £20 to £5 last week.

One shopper shared a photo of a product with a discount sticker on Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK, saying: “B&M for £4, that’s pretty good too.”

Commenters began frantically tagging friends and family.

“I need it,” one told a friend, while another, presumably just back from a trip, added: “This would have been ideal.”

Another person tagged their partner: “Needed in the room,” to which they responded, “Defo.”

One fan of the product said: “It’s amazing, you freeze the filter and put water on top of it and it blows freezing cold air.”

But not everyone was impressed. One commenter said: “These are trash.” I bought one last year, but nothing cooled down. ”

B&M has also reduced the price of another product ‘perfect for the garden’ this summer.

The popular discount store is currently selling the Goodmans ‘Mini Projector’ for just £20 instead of the usual retail price of £69.

Of course, always remember to shop around when buying something like this, as you may find it cheaper elsewhere.
