Race Across the World viewers have already announced the name of this season’s winner.
The Race across Asia is in the final stages with the final checkpoint approaching next week, and yesterday’s episode saw the remaining four teams make their way through Sumatra to reach Jakarta.
Viewers were moved to tears during an emotional scene in which Betty opened up about her condition, Mayer-Rokitansky-Küster-Hauser syndrome (MRKH), and fans were touched by the heartwarming scene in which she was comforted by her brother James, who then broke down in tears and gave the cameraman a hug.

The episode ended on a heartwarming note with Betty telling James that she finally found someone who understands her. “What I was looking for was always at home. It was you.”
While traveling through Sumatra, the brother and sister had the misfortune of their bus getting a flat tire and being taken in the wrong direction for three hours due to a miscommunication.
This has left the pair with a mountain to climb to make up for the time gap they lost on the final leg last week, but they have won the hearts of fans on social media platform X, who say they are already winners of the series.
Hermo said, “Betty and James hold my heart dear,” to which Kevin commented, “Betty and James stop it, you’re hurting me.”
Simon posted: “Betty and James are the real winners! I love Betty and James!…My winners!!”
“Betty and James melt my heart. Truly gems,” Erica said.
