He highlighted Randy’s dedication to raising awareness of Down syndrome while pursuing his passion for bodybuilding. Schwarzenegger praised Randy’s determination and resilience, saying: “When you look at these lifters, whether it’s Miles with cerebral palsy, Derrick with one leg, or Kyle and Garrett with Down syndrome, you can’t help but be inspired.”
