Former Vitamin Shoppe CEO Colin Watts has joined personalized wellness and supplements company Thorne Healthtech as CEO. He will lead the company’s personal supplements and testing division, which was acquired by L. Catterton & Co. last fall for $680 million.
Fast facial company Grover has hired Kate Citron as senior director of marketing. Citron, who has held marketing roles at Harry’s Inc and Well + Good, will help spearhead the expansion of Glowbar, which currently operates nine studios in New York and Connecticut.

Sexual wellness brand Satisfyer has appointed Jeff Garlow as president. Garlow, who previously held senior sales positions at Global Protection Corp. and convenience store food brokerage company Ultimate Sales, aims to expand Satisfyer’s presence in mainstream retail stores.

Aerin Lauder has taken on a new role at Estée Lauder as style and design director for the brand’s Re-Nutriv franchise. Previously, she was the style and image director at Estée Lauder.
Venetia Varney has joined The Estée Lauder Company as vice president of corporate affairs and communications for the UK and Ireland. Mr. Varney joins the firm from BlackRock, where he served as vice president of corporate communications, private markets, and sustainable investing.
Frome International has appointed Rachel Ravipour as its first executive vice president of sales, following the hair tools and accessories company’s acquisition by Firelight Capital Partners last month. Mr. Ravipour most recently served as vice president of sales for the Americas at Malin + Goetz.
Richard Pinabel is Armani Beauty’s new global brand president. He succeeds Véronique Gauthier, who stepped down after leading the brand for 13 years. Pinabel began her career focusing on fragrances at Armani His Beauty and most recently served as deputy general manager worldwide at Lancôme.
