Anushka Sharma never missed a yoga session during her first pregnancy. She had shared pictures from her first pregnancy where Virat helped her with the session. She shared a photo and wrote, “Yoga is a big part of my life, so my doctor recommended that I do all the asanas I did before pregnancy (after a certain stage) as long as I didn’t do any twists or extreme forward bends.” I encouraged them to do so, but of course with appropriate and necessary support.”
Her workout routine includes a combination of strength training, cardio, and flexibility exercises. The songstress also believes in cycling, hiking, and swimming.
What does Anushka eat in a day?
Anushka makes sure to consume a combination of protein and fiber. She believes in eating small meals throughout the day. Anushka eats cut fruits, chia seeds or fresh fruit juice for breakfast. Later in the day, the mother-of-one eats toast with cheese and coconut water. For lunch, the diva has two chapattis, dal (cereal), vegetables and salad. She ends the night with a glass of milk at her bedtime.
She also does not believe in eating processed foods such as sweet jams, junk food, and greasy dishes.
