Anthony Cacace will defend his IBF super featherweight title against two-time world champion Josh Warrington on the undercard of the Anthony Joshua vs. Daniel Dubois fight at Wembley Stadium on September 21.
Belfast boxer Kakache stunned Joe Cordina to win his first world title in Saudi Arabia in May.
The 35-year-old knocked out the previously unbeaten Welshman in the eighth round on the undercard of the unbeaten heavyweight showdown between Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk in Riyadh.
While Cacace achieved the biggest win of his life, Warrington, 33, is looking to get his career back on track.
The Leeds fighter lost his IBF featherweight title to Luis Alberto Lopez in December 2022 and failed to capture the WBA featherweight crown from Lee Wood last October.
“I’m excited, I’m very excited, I’m just looking forward to it all now,” Cacace, who has won 22 of his 23 professional fights, told BBC Sport NI.
“Winning the world title gives me a new energy.
“I had a few opponents but I thought Josh was the best. He’s very well known in Ireland and the UK. He’s experienced, he’s been through a lot and he’s a great fighter.”
Buatsi leads the rest of the vote.
Joining Cacace and Warrington on the undercard at Wembley Stadium will be Olympic bronze medallist Joshua Buatsi who will face Scotland’s Willie Hutchinson for the WBO interim light heavyweight title.
The unbeaten 31-year-old defeated Dan Azeez by unanimous decision in February to win the British and Commonwealth titles.
Former world champion Liam Smith will return to the ring for the first time since his loss to Chris Eubank Jr. to face another Olympian, Josh Kelly, in the light middleweight division.
The card will feature unbeaten Hamza Sheeraz taking on Tyler Dennehy at middleweight, while Mark Chamberlain will face Josh Padre at lightweight.
