Amazfit on Friday launched the Amazfit Active Edge smartwatch in India following leaks and teasers. Boasting a rugged sports and fitness design, this modern smartwatch features 5 satellite systems for accurate GPS tracking, an AI health coach for gym, outdoor, workout, and exercise, and up to 16 days of battery life We provide. Additionally, the company highlights the 10 ATM water resistance feature of this new rugged smartwatch.
Amazfit Active Edge specifications, colors and prices
Amazfit Active Edge comes in three colors – Lava Black, Midnight Pulse, and Mint Green and is priced at Rs 12,999. Starting February 27, the smartwatch will be available through e-commerce site Amazon.in, Amazfit website, and authorized retail partners across India.
Following the recent teaser, Amazfit has officially released the Active Edge smartwatch for the Indian market. Positioned as a premium product, this rugged smartwatch features a 1.32-inch display, GPS, Zepp Coach functionality, numerous health and fitness modes, and a host of other features. The Active Edge features a 1.32-inch TFT LCD display with tempered glass and anti-fingerprint coating. It is supported by 1 PD + 2 LED and has a built-in BioTracker 3 PPG biometric sensor that can measure blood oxygen levels. Additionally, it includes a 3-axis motion sensor and an acceleration sensor.
Like its smartwatch counterparts, the Amazfit Active Edge smartwatch can track your heart rate, blood oxygen level (SpO2), and stress levels. Powered by Zepp Coach, it offers features such as Zepp Coach running coach, track run mode, smart course correction, virtual pacer, and race performance prediction.
The newly launched Amazfit Active Edge boasts water resistance up to 10ATM.
The smartwatch’s battery life is touted to last up to 16 days with normal use, up to 10 days with heavy use, and up to 24 days in battery saver mode with up to 20 hours of GPS use. Additionally, it features a calendar and sedentary reminders, and call notifications allow users to manage music and camera controls.
