ALDI shoppers are going wild for a range of centre-aisle items, all priced at just £5, that are perfect for keeping bugs out of the home.
The Special Buys section of this retail store is the best place to pick up everything from home goods to electronics to clothing.
But one product in particular, found in the center aisle, is sending shoppers flocking to their nearest Aldi store: Zero In magnetic door curtains.
This nifty device attaches to your door and keeps flying bugs and pests out of your home while still allowing air to flow.
An Aldi shopper recently spotted the door curtain at their local branch and posted a photo of it on the Aldi UK Shoppers Facebook page.
They captioned the post: “Found this in the middle aisle today!”
“I was going to buy it on Amazon for £12 but ended up getting it for just £5!
“Now I can leave the door open without worrying about flies (laughs).”
The post has received dozens of likes and comments from people who have purchased curtains or are considering buying them.
One person said: “Wow, I might buy one too.”
Another added: “Oh I’ll definitely buy some.”
A third replied: “I got it yesterday.”
Of course, when buying something like this, be sure to shop around to make sure you’re getting the best deal.
Just because one retailer is selling something for what you think is a bargain doesn’t mean you can’t get it cheaper somewhere else.
Price comparison websites such as Trolley and Price Spy allow you to compare prices of thousands of products across different websites.
The Google Shopping/Products tab is useful if you want to browse the internet and see how much a particular item is selling for.

Retailers usually run regular promotions at the end of the month to coincide with paydays and bank holiday weekends, so keep an eye out and shop when these sales are running.
Sign up for mailing lists to be the first to know about special offers, and follow retailers on social media.
When buying online, always search for discount codes and vouchers – vouchercodes.co.uk and myvouchercodes.co.uk are two sites that consolidate promotions from retailers.
It’s handy to have a scanner app installed on your phone – the Trolley.co.uk app has a scanner that allows you to compare prices on branded items while you shop.
Bargain hunters can also use a scanner in B&M’s app to spot discounts in-store before staff mark them up.
Also, before you pay, always check whether you’re eligible for cashback, which essentially means you get some of your money back or a discount on the product.
We did a quick search to see if other retailers were selling this same Zero In magnetic door curtain for cheaper than Aldi.
B&Q is selling it for £6.83, while Amazon is selling the same thing for £7.20, not including delivery costs.
Dunelm also has a version in the same style and size, priced at £5 with free click and collect.
If you want to buy Aldi’s magnetic door curtains, you won’t be able to get them online as they don’t offer a home delivery service.

The announcement comes as Aldi prepares to launch eight new Euro 2024-themed special buys, including a £6 bucket hat.
Shoppers can also purchase caps, t-shirts and hoodies for up to £13.
They also have some centre aisle bargains for around £10, perfect for the garden.
The Easter Island-themed potted plants were described as “simply beautiful” by one shopper, while another called them “lovely”.
How to save money at Aldi
It’s worth keeping an eye out for items with red stickers, as staff will place them on products when they have reduced the price.
Aldi tends to add extra discounts on items in the morning, so it’s best to go early if you want to get the biggest discounts.
Keep an eye out for discounted fruit and veg, too: according to bargain expert Tom Church, the retailer tends to mark down six items to “shockingly low” prices every two weeks.
