The role of proper diet and physical activity for longevity
A high-protein diet and regular physical activity greatly contribute to longevity. Protein is essential for supporting muscle maintenance, immune function, overall cellular health, and fighting age-related decline. Adequate protein intake, combined with exercise, maintains muscle mass, strength, and bone density, reducing the risk of frailty and aging. Physical activity improves cardiovascular health, metabolic function, cognitive health, and promotes longevity. Combining a high-protein diet with regular exercise creates a holistic approach that contributes to weight management, disease prevention, and overall vitality, improving quality of life and extending longevity.
