The chairs of the House Judiciary, Oversight, and Ways and Means committees are calling for:
Regarding the certified copy of Attorney General Merrick Garland.
Interview between President Biden and Special Counsel Robert Hur.
Mr. Xu made headlines last week when he submitted a final report on President Biden’s handling of classified information found in his home and office. Heo’s team determined that there was no warrant for criminal charges.
But he also added: “At trial, we believe Mr. Aiden is likely to appear before the jury as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory, just as he was when we interviewed him.” It is also written.
He added that President Biden could not remember important dates during interviews, including when he was vice president.
The chairs are currently reviewing audio and video recordings related to interviews with memoir ghostwriter Mark Zwonitzer, who shared classified information with President Biden, and President Biden’s December 11, 2015 interview with then-President Biden. We are requesting all documents, including those related to the call.Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk
All communications between the Department of Justice, the Office of the Special Counsel, the Office of the President, and President Biden’s personal advisers.
The chairs have said they want this information for their impeachment inquiry into the president.
In a letter to Attorney General Garland, they wrote:
There are concerns that President Biden is in possession of classified documents related to certain countries involved in his family’s overseas business dealings. Additionally, we seek to understand whether the White House or President Biden’s personal attorney placed any restrictions or scope limitations during the interview that would prevent an investigation into evidence directly linking the President to the foreign payments in question.
Lawmakers are asking for materials to be submitted by Monday, February 19th at 5pm. Straight from DC, I’m Ray Bogan.
