A recent study conducted by Boston Consulting Group (BCG) found that almost half of Indian consumers tend to habitually pick up their smartphones without really intending to do so. The report’s conclusions are drawn based on real click/swap data collected from over 1,000 users, supplemented by extensive consumer interviews conducted across India.
