The Supreme Court has refused to review Virginia Tech’s defunct program that allowed students to anonymously report allegations of biased behavior, frustrating two of its most conservative justices.The school discontinued the program in early 2023 after the dean who created it retired from Virginia Tech and informed the Supreme Court that the program would not be reinstated. As such, the Supreme Court declared the case invalid and vacated or reversed lower court rulings that found the policy constitutional.
