The EarMen Eagle is a very affordable, ultra-portable DAC amplifier that’s about the same size as your average flash drive. Integrated DAC (ESS ES9280 C Pro) allows playback of lossless audio files up to 32-bit/384kHz.
A USB-C adapter is included so you can use it with most Androids and computers out of the box, but iPhone (14 and earlier) users will need to purchase a Lightning adapter separately. Another real drawback to Eagle is that it is not MQA certified. So, if you’re a Tidal subscriber, know that you won’t be able to unlock all the features that the lossless service has to offer.
