A theme park just a stone’s throw from Surrey offers excellent value for money, ranking as one of the most affordable theme parks in the country in a new study.
Chessington World of Adventures is known for its high price per ride due to its large number of attractions. There are more than 40 rides in the park, and BravoVoucher estimates the price per ride at Chessington to be around £0.76 per attraction, which they say is below the national average. Admission was £34 per person, but tickets can be purchased for less.
Additionally, the site ranks highly on review sites such as Google, with many reviews commenting on the freebies and praising the park’s value. In addition to the theme park, Chessington ticket holders also have access to the zoo and aquarium.
Admission to the park is currently available for purchase until November 3rd, but prices vary by date. In addition to single-day tickets, you can also purchase annual passes and stays at hotels within the park.

The list of affordable parks also includes Paulton’s Park in Romsey, Hampshire and Drayton Manor in Mile Oak, Tamworth, Staffordshire. The top park in the survey was Adventure Island in Essex, with a cost of around 53p per ride.
Marco Farnararo, CEO and Co-Founder Bravo Savings Network Commenting on the findings, he said: “Our research comes as families in the UK are under pressure from the cost of living, with families feeling the squeeze during school holidays and at weekends when children want to go out. The aim is to help families decide which days of outing will help their finances.” Extend it to the farthest point.
