Charlotte Crosby has shown off her weight loss after a 63-day fitness challenge, after admitting she has struggled with body image issues since giving birth.
The former Geordie Shore star, 33, gave birth to her first child, Alba Jean, with fiancé Jake Anders in October 2022.
Since giving birth, Charlotte has focused on her fitness efforts and has started an app called Blitz and Burn to help people lose weight.
Charlotte took to Instagram on Thursday to share a fitness update as she posed in the mirror wearing a skin-tight leopard-print gym set.
“Getting ready for the final day of my 63 day blitz challenge,” she captioned the post. “So emotional! 9 weeks done and dusted! Feeling amazing @blitzandburn.”
Charlotte admitted she was inspired to keep fit after gaining weight during pregnancy and feeling embarrassed about her body.
“I’m actually ashamed of how unhealthy and out of shape I am,” she previously shared.
“I think I should have continued this throughout my pregnancy, but my pregnancy was really bad.”
Earlier this month, Charlotte decided to jump on the ice bath wellness trend by taking a cold bath for the first time while on her fitness journey.
Taking an ice bath in the pouring rain in Manchester, she struggled to stay calm and immediately started screaming.
After visiting her friend Adam Frisbie, founder of online clothing company In the Style, Charlotte was persuaded to try an ice bath.
As she climbed into the bathtub, two feet at a time, Star struggled to catch her breath and began panting uncontrollably.
Then, as the reality star started screaming, she confessed, “My pee came out!”
Captioning the video, “How not to take your first ice bath featuring Charlotte Crosby,” Adam tried to convince his friend to dip his shoulders in ice water.
Still, Charlotte protested, “No, this is all I can do.” It’s my body’s actual reaction. ”
When asked how her first experience was, Charlotte shakily replied, “It was great,” and reluctantly nodded that she would do it again.
After taking a bath, Charlotte joked on her Instagram Story: “I really thought so, I know all the people in ice baths look so glamorous and amazing.” .
“That wasn’t my experience.”
Defending her response, the star also wrote: “Listen, I may have looked like Vicky Pollard, but I’ve been in this icy hellhole for four minutes! ” I think that’s pretty good! ”
Fans were in hysteria as they expressed their support for Charlotte in the comments section.
One person wrote: “Omg I’m crying,” while another added: “The moment we’ve all been waiting for.”
Another supportive fan added: “Actually, I think she did really well for her first attempt. She just needs to learn how to breathe. Well done.”
Meanwhile, fellow Geordie Shore star Holly Hagan wrote: “HAHAHAAH CRYING!!!!”
It comes after Charlotte lashed out at her Geordie Shore co-stars last month after leaving the reality series last year following a heated argument.
During the filming of the 24th series, she got into an argument with Marnie Simpson over a high chair and quit the show.
The two have since unfollowed each other on social media and are reportedly not speaking after things got heated.
Charlotte broke the silence and wrote: “Hello everyone. I just wanted to say thank you so much for all the lovely messages I’ve received over the past 24 hours. They’ve meant a lot to me.
“I haven’t had a chance to watch the new Geordie Shore eps and I never will. I was actually completely clueless about the conversations my ‘friends’ were having behind my back.
She continued, “Last year when filming was happening, I had just had a baby, lost my beloved Nana, and was trying to be there for my mom while she was diagnosed with cancer. .
“I’m sure many of you are already well aware of the roller coaster of emotions we went through as a family that year. So to protect ourselves, we need to talk about this. That’s a little sad.”
Charlotte admitted she is still “hurt” and trying to “move on” from the feud.
She said, “When the show aired, I was really trying to be strong and shake it off like it didn’t bother me, but I feel hurt and can’t seem to shake it off.”
“However, life is too short to argue. I will count my blessings, cherish those I love, and move forward with my heart held high. Love you all.
