The association, which manages more than 38,000 homes in London and the south of England, said the former Peabody executive would help “shape its direction” in his new role.
Ms Cross joins directly from fellow G15 member Metropolitan Thames Valley, where she was director of care and support.
She previously served as Head of Homeless Support and Transition Services at Peabody, Head of Rough Sleep Strategy at Cornwall Housing and Regional Operations Director at P3.
At A2Dominion, Ms Cross will be responsible for developing and delivering the strategic management of 15,000 homes for key workers, students, retirees and people in temporary and supported accommodation.
She said it comes at a time of change for landlords, following the landlord’s announcement in December that it would move away from providing care services and focus solely on housing “amid the increasing challenges facing the wider care sector”. Joined the.

Kate Gascoigne, the association’s chief customer officer, said she was “thrilled” with the new appointments.

Ms Cross will succeed Joe Evans, who was appointed A2Dominion’s Director of Repairs and Maintenance in January.
