Pacifica Beauty, an innovator in the clean beauty space, has named Andres Sosa as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
Sosa is an industry veteran with more than 25 years of global brand marketing, strategy and retail experience. Sosa has extensive experience across fashion, lifestyle, retail and beauty and is recognized as a Clio Award-winning marketing executive who develops innovative campaigns that support cross-channel initiatives.

Prior to joining Pacifica, Sosa most recently held the same role at SQULPT Body Shaping, where he led the relaunch of the brand across the United States.
Prior to joining SQULPT, Sosa served as Pixi Beauty’s first CMO, where she was responsible for global marketing and omnichannel brand positioning. There he directed all marketing, education and training activities with major global retailers such as Target, Boots, Ulta, CVS, Sephora, Marks & Spencers and Douglas, including cross-border operations in China. It also included the launch of a new marketing and retail initiative. .
Sosa also served as Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Creative at Outnet, where he launched two award-winning campaigns, global agencies WPP and Publicis Groupe, and led the luxury fashion and consumer goods divisions. He led various accounts and led Value Retail as follows: Head of Digital Marketing and Media.
