The leading company behind the world’s fastest car is to launch a state-of-the-art showroom offering a “unique experience”.
Industry giant Koenigsegg is currently opening a new flagship store on Kensington High Street in central London.
Executives have called the opening a “significant milestone” for the Swedish manufacturer in the global market, and fans will be excited to see a diverse range of luxury car models.
This is because the Koenigsegg Regera impressed car enthusiasts by accelerating from 0 to 249 mph in less than 30 seconds.
This £2.1 million motor is one of the most popular motors in the world, although only 80 were built during its production run from March 2016 to 2021.
This plug-in hybrid sports car was designed to be a more practical and luxurious alternative to the brand’s usual lightweight lineup.
As reported by Car Dealer Magazine, Darren McDermott, co-owner of Koenigsegg London, said: “Koenigsegg London is a great addition to the Koenigsegg network and we are delighted to be its official exclusive UK distributor and service representative.”

It comes after car enthusiasts were impressed by the luxury EV, which looks like a Rolls-Royce Cullinan and is packed with technology, including a genius boot feature.
The Honqi E-HS9 is the latest premium model from one of China’s largest manufacturers and is fully controlled via touchscreen.
And another major car brand is reportedly set to produce a £20,000 EV due to debut in the UK within the next two years.
The new motor will be one of the cheapest all-electric options on the market.
According to Autocar, MG has indicated plans to launch an updated city car as part of its efforts to expand the lower end of its EV lineup.
