Fenty Beauty released the film on YouTube on Wednesday.
Rihanna and her partner A$AP Rocky co-star in a short film titled Born to Steal: Yours, Mine, Ours.
The noir-style film premiered on Fenty Beauty and Fenty Skin’s YouTube channel on Wednesday.
The two-minute video shows Rihanna stealing A$AP Rocky’s clothes. Near the end, she also tries to steal his Fenty Luxe Balm Ultra Hydrating Cherry Lip Balm, but this time she fails. The narrator can be heard saying, “Not so fast, baby, this is mine. Got it!”
Fenty Beauty Balm, featured in the short film, is the brand’s lip pick with vitamin E, shea butter, and Barbados cherry, blended to moisturize dry lips.
The couple have two sons, who were initially featured in a teaser post containing several clips from the film.
Excited to see the reveal, more than 1 million fans liked the post. Some were overjoyed to see the promotional film, while others expected Rihanna to announce her new album.
Rihanna hasn’t announced when her next album will be released, but it could be coming soon. In 2023, she told British Vogue, “That’s what I want to do this year.”
