In the lead-up to this summer’s Paris Olympics, BBC Sport will be providing extensive live coverage of the World Indoor Athletics Championships in Glasgow as the world’s athletics talent descends on Scotland. Viewers can follow all the highs and lows live on BBC Two and iPlayer.
Gabby Logan will lead the BBC’s coverage of the World Indoor Athletics Championships, which starts from Glasgow on March 1 at 9.30am. The matches will be intense and fast, with him set to win 26 titles in three days.
The BBC team also includes 2012 Olympic heptathlon champion Dame Jessica Ennis-Hill, 2000 Olympic gold medalist Dame Dennis Lewis, former world champion gold medal hurdler Colin Jackson, and London Marathon champion Dame Jessica Ennis-Hill. This includes former world record holder Paula Radcliffe.
Commentary by former 1500m world champion Steve Cram, four-time European javelin gold medalist Steve Buckley, and Andrew Cotter. Former Team GB Olympic sprinter Janet Quake will receive all reactions and news reports from the Mixed Zone.

Britain’s medal charge will be led by 1500m world champion Josh Kerr, who will compete in the 3000m on Saturday night alongside fellow Scot Laura Muir. In the women’s pole vault, Britain’s Molly Corddry has jumped higher than anyone this year and has a good chance of medaling, while Gemma Leakey will be hoping to end the weekend on her best performance in the women’s 800m.
