Three platforms at London Waterloo station are out of service, causing delays for commuters until 10am.
According to Japan National Railways, trains are unable to operate on some lines departing from and arriving at the station due to a faulty track circuit.
Motorists heading from Kent to London suffered long queues on the M20 on Wednesday morning after a crash.
As of 7am on Wednesday, there were delays between Junction 3, where it joins the M26, and Junction 2, where it joins the A20. Meanwhile, minor delays continue to occur on the Chuo Line due to a continuing shortage of trains.
A new report has warned that the Bakerloo line is in a “controlled decline” and at risk of “significant failure” unless its 52-year-old trains can be replaced.

Slight delay on Jubilee Line

There are currently some delays on the Jubilee line between Finchley Road and Stratford southbound.
TfL said the delay was caused by an earlier train failure at West Hampstead.
There is excellent service on the remaining routes.
Trains diverted in London Waterloo

Platforms 1 to 3 are unavailable in London Waterloo and some services will have to be detoured. Trains between Waterloo and Shepparton will be diverted between Clapham Junction and Fulwell. Future calls will be made to Twickenham and Strawberry Hill.
