Exercise not only improves your mobility, but it also boosts your mood. But with all the fitness advice at our fingertips, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed.
Tennyson’s biggest advice is not to start too quickly. Instead of lifting the heaviest weights or searching for gym equipment, start walking.
“I think people think that working out is life-or-death, that you have to go from zero to 100, work out seven days a week, do hours of cardio. That’s just not true.” said Tennyson. “I think less is more. Focus on small wins throughout the week and take it one step at a time. I think that’s king in setting your overall tone. That’s the best start. It’s a method.”
