British leisure property agency Shelley Sander has secured global franchisee gym concept Anytime Fitness as the UK’s largest branded home at Ivor House in Brixton.
Opening yesterday, Anytime Fitness in Brixton’s 12,000 sq ft site space incorporates a 7,000 sq ft gym and three separate spin, hit and holistic studios to enhance the fitness profile of its members. Customers can benefit from 24/7 access and a range of high-quality gym equipment in a friendly, sociable environment where convenience and accessibility are top priorities.
With more than 3 million members worldwide, Anytime Fitness operates across five continents with a franchise model in countries including Canada, Mexico, New Zealand, Spain, Singapore and Hong Kong. Anytime Fitness has signed a 15-year lease at Ivor House, its largest site in the UK, with the operator set to continue its expansion plans throughout 2024.

Ahead of its opening, Anytime Fitness Brixton has broken the brand’s world record for pre-sale sign-ups.
This comes as Shelley Sandser has secured the debut venue for The Caviar Bar, a fine dining experience synonymous with exceptional caviar and seafood, at Medici Courtyard, just off Hanover Square in Mayfair, on behalf of landlord GPE. It follows the news.
