Rachel Burrows (@rachelxburrows), the self-proclaimed “best friend of your wallet,” shares her tips for getting the best deals when it comes to discount shopping.
She took viewers to the local dollar store with a TikTok video of her scouring the cosmetics aisle for beauty products similar to big brands.
Rachel started with a complete skincare line from the brand called B.pure, which is “the perfect duck to the Neutrogena Hydro Boost collection.”
“Face wipes are my personal favorite,” she said.
Next, she showed off a bottle of Kissable Oatmeal Daily Moisturizing Body Lotion ($1.25), which she called “comparable to Aveeno’s.”
“Personally, I love it for my daughter’s eczema,” she said.
If you’re a fan of Victoria’s Secret’s popular scent, Love Spell the Dollar Tree, then Love Struck’s scent is just right for you.
“There’s scrubs, body washes, lotions, and of course body sprays. And listen, the name is Love Struck, but I might like it a little more than Love Spell. I’m not going to lie. ” she explained.

The label even says the product is “inspired by Victoria’s Secret love spells.”
And LA Colors Soft Glaze Sheer Lip Balm ($1.25) was “so good,” she said, reminding her of the Victoria’s Secret lip glosses she used as a child.
Rachel told me that B.Pure also has the Essential Ageless Assortment Luminizing Blush ($1,25).
“The shades are gorgeous and very pigmented,” she said.

Finally, she held a bottle of “Famous” Personal Care Spiking Glue Water Resistant Mega Hold. This was a camo of her Got2b Glue Styling Spiking Glue.
Viewers appreciated the advice on beauty products available at discount stores.
“That oatmeal lotion is amazing and much cheaper than Aveeno,” one person commented.
“The blush is so good. Aww,” another wrote.
