The mother of three wakes up at 4 a.m. every day before work to run a half marathon.
Helen Leiber accomplished this incredible feat every day for the past two years.
In May 2022, the 43-year-old from Wrexham was challenged by a friend to run a half marathon for 150 consecutive days in order to break the Guinness World Records record of 111 at the time.

But now, nearly 650 times later, she is determined to keep running.
Helen said she had always enjoyed running, but only started running seriously after her ex-husband suddenly passed away in 2020 after a battle with his mental health.
“Words cannot express how much running has changed my life,” she said.
“It gave me so much clarity and purpose.
“It allows me to give back to people in a way that money cannot.
“It connects me not only with my local community but with people all over the world.
“When I was with my gaslighting ex-husband, I suffered from depression and anxiety.
“I was in a really bad place physically, mentally, and emotionally, and running made me realize that connection was the antidote to everything.
“I have regained the confidence I lacked for many years and now I am setting new records every day.”
She hopes her recipe for success will take her past the 1,000-day mark.
