Yes, Taylor’s ‘London Boy’ (as Swifties would know by now) includes references to places in north London, including Highgate, Hampstead and Camden. Now, tour guide company ToursByLocals is taking advantage of that by offering tours in the area. Sure, this may sound as random as the Idris Elba sample at the beginning of the song, but the route sounds pretty fun.
There are several bespoke “tailor” (get it?) experiences on offer. The London Boy Highgate to Camden walking tour is his three-and-a-half-hour journey from the scenic North London area through Camden’s Parliament Hill Fields and Hampstead Heath, all the way to Kentish Town.
Swifties who know their stuff will love discovering the location of the ‘Endgame’ music video and passing by Kentish Delight Kebab, Taylor’s obvious favorite. It might reach the market.
However, for those looking to live the life of a pop star for a day, a whopping eight-hour tour may be the best option. The London Boy full set private walking tour departs from St. James’s Park and Mayfair, passing through Bond Street, Regent Street, Soho and Covent Garden, stopping for lunch at a pub near Lincoln’s Inn Fields. The tour then continues to the Heath and ends, of course, in Highgate.
