According to reports mental health in north london‘s Digital Academy aims to empower staff with data-driven capabilities to enhance patient services and outcomes.
The training, delivered by technology company Multiverse, aims to strengthen digital capabilities and become data-driven, ultimately improving patient outcomes and services.
This initiative is part of our strategy to upskill our workforce, with a focus on the intelligent use of data to drive improvement and efficiency.
Sarah Wilkins, Chief Digital Information Officer at North London Mental Health Partnership, said: “Joining this initiative means that understanding and insight into our data will be embedded across the organization. It will enable us to enhance our services and improve outcomes for patients and service users.” This not only increases operational efficiency, but also serves as a springboard for staff professional development efforts. ”
Multiverse has worked with over 10,000 apprentices in areas such as data analytics and software engineering.
This is just the beginning of the journey, and we plan to enroll a further 50 staff into the Academy in March to embed cultural change across our partnership.
