Just four months after opening letting agent Martin & Co’s fourth office in London, franchisor Michael van de Vyver has added a fifth.
Following the acquisition of Leicester Smith in October 2023, Mr van der Vyver rebranded the independent firm as Martin & Co Battersea and added branches in Chelsea, Battersea Reach and London Riverside. .
The branch has now opened its fifth office on Fulham Road in Chelsea, with Simon Stilwell, the branch manager after nearly 10 years with the company.
van der Vyver said: “April will mark 20 years since I joined Martin & Co and opened our first office in Lotz Road. It has been an incredible journey and we are proud to welcome our fifth office in a fantastic location in the heart of Chelsea. The opening of the new office confirms everything we have achieved over the last 20 years. The new office perfectly complements our existing South West London branch and the team is already working with clients in the region. They are doing a great job for us.”
