A world-famous cookie shop is opening its first store in the north of England at the Trafford Center. Ben’s Cookies will be in shopping centers on Valentine’s Day (February 14).
Renowned for its freshly baked, handmade cookies, Ben’s Cookies has been trading for 40 years. The store is named after founder Helge Rubinstein’s son and began life as a small store in Oxford’s Covered Market in 1984.
Each batch of dough is mixed by hand in our kitchen outside Oxford. Made with Belgian chocolate chunks and the best ingredients. Ben’s Cookies are individually hand-rolled and baked fresh on site at each of his 13 UK stores.

The Trafford Center store joins a list of seven stores in London and stores in Bristol, Cambridge, Reading, Bath, Oxford and Edinburgh.
