Sophie Guidolin has shared a sarcastic post on social media revealing what she thinks about people who claim they “don’t have time” to work out.
The 34-year-old fitness influencer revealed on Instagram that she wakes up early in the morning to work out.
Saturday morning at 3:30am means I train before the girls wake up.This means [ex-husband] “Nas can train from 8:30, so I can spend the morning with him,” she began.
Guidolin then lashed out at those who don’t have the time to make it.
“So when I hear, ‘I don’t have the time, I don’t find the motivation, I don’t have your genes,’ I just want to whine inside,” the mother of four wrote.

This comes after Guidolin once again claimed to be 30 years old when in fact he is 34 years old.
In January, Sophie shared a video of her “5-minute makeup routine for busy moms” with a confusing caption.
“POV: You’re a busy mom and 30-year-old teenager who barely gets around to brushing your teeth in the morning,” she wrote.
Fans commented on the heart-wrenching caption.
“Are you a busy mom with skin?” one confused follower asked, to which Sophie clarified: “Having the skin of a teenage boy…further proves my point.”
Sophie is known for making bizarre claims on her Instagram page, and was forced to retract one of her outlandish statements in September.
Alarmed followers raised concerns about her health when she said she trains four to five times a day.
The fitness influencer made the shocking confession when a fan asked her about her exercise routine on Instagram, but quickly deleted the comment.
She then added a comment saying she trains “four or five times a week” and pretended to be shocked that people “think” she wrote every day.
However, her initial comment, which she deleted, suggested otherwise.
