Paul Mescal reunited with his All of Us Strangers co-star Andrew Scott at the 44th London Critics Circle Film Awards 2024 held at the Mayfair Hotel on Sunday.
Paul, 28, looked classy as he went shirtless under a black suit, revealing a glimpse of his toned physique and hairy chest.
Paul’s look boasted a double-breasted blazer with a white pocket square, tailored pants, and shiny dress shoes.
Meanwhile, Andrew, 47, turned heads in an olive green suit layered over a crisp white shirt and blue tie.
The pair, who are both nominated for movie roles, were all smiles as they appeared on the star-studded red carpet.
This comes after Paul revealed the one thing we all do that really “sicks” him during a YouTube game with Andrew on Monday.
He admitted that his biggest pet peeves are people who act “cold” when turning off the lights to go to bed or “run up the stairs because they’re scared.”
The Normal People star said she likes to “try to impress” someone by “smoothly” climbing the stairs and acting cool rather than panicking.
In an interview with LADbible, he said: “You know what would make me feel worse, because I think that’s what everyone does, is if I was like, ‘Oh, I’m going to step down and turn off the lights.’
“And they were all chilling, but you could hear them accelerating up the stairs in fear.
“Because I think we all do it. But if I’m trying to impress someone, I feel like I’m going to move up the ladder more smoothly than having problems.”
The Aftersun star went on to reveal “people who slip up”. [the stairs] On their butts,” he becomes even more uncomfortable.
He added:’It’s less interesting and more unpleasant. That would make me uncomfortable. That’s a little strange.
“Yeah, so what do we have to laugh together?” It’s not that big of a gesture. You would think it was your ass. I broke my coccyx. ”
This comes after Paul and Andrew admitted they were reluctant to let their family see their new movie All of Us Strangers.
In the film, Andrew plays a screenwriter who is drawn back to his childhood home and forms a relationship with a mysterious neighbor played by Paul.
The film contains several intimate scenes between the actors, which the pair reportedly discussed during an appearance on The Graham Norton Show earlier this month.
Asked if his family had seen the film yet, Paul said: “It’s a difficult job to allocate tickets to every uncle and aunt when it’s an Irish premiere.” They’ve seen my butt before, but I think it happens a little more in this movie!”
Andrew added, “I don’t want to be there when my parents are watching!”
All of Us Strangers dominated the British Independent Film Awards competition, winning a staggering seven gongs in total.
Among the awards, it won Best Picture, beating out “Femme,” “How to Have Sex,” “Rie Lane,” and “Scrapper.”
